If you need to lose weight, this is the perfect app for you. Its so organized and definitely worth the $2 you pay for! There are a bunch of different information you can keep track of, from the calendar dates to your progress. I absolutely love the progress setting. You can now track how many calories and pounds you lost. Its also an amazing app to keep track of what youre eating and calories that you are taking in. This will definitely show progress once you try it out!
Good concept but no control over calorie goal
The interface is beautifully designed and I have no doubt it would work well. However all I actually want to do is count calories and this app gives you no control over how many calories to count down from. It ask you your age and weight and exercise level and then assign zero goal but youre not able to change that goal. As a result I wanted to eat 2000 cal per day but it had assigned me 1600 cal per day and there was no way to change it rendering the app useless.

You have to look up the calories yourself, then enter it in the app. It takes that amount and subtracts it from your daily total and tells you how many calories you have left. Its basically a calculator that only knows subtraction. Thats it.
Maybe Im missing something.....

Not a good app. Actually it is awful.
Can only input one food item per meal so you still have to add up your meal then put in the total calories and name it.
Not at all what I was hoping for.
